Praxis I

The administrators of the Praxis I do their best to make scores available as soon as possible. The paper-based version of the exam takes a little longer to grade; if you take this version, you can receive your scores over the phone approximately a month after the day of the exam. If you take the computer-based version of the Praxis I, however, you can receive your scores by phone between ten and fifteen workdays after the day of the test. If you registered online for a paper-based version of the test, you must access your scores through your online account. These scores are made available according to the usual schedule, but are only accessible online for thirty days.

It is a good idea to print a copy of your score report during this period. You will also receive an official score report in the mail. If you took a paper-based version of the Praxis I, you will receive your official score report approximately four weeks after the exam. If you took a computer-based version of the exam, you will receive your official score report approximately three weeks after the exam. The official Praxis 1 score report includes your name, scores (including detailed accounts of your performance in each content category), background information, and educational information.
